What documents or evidence are accepted to prove I’m a local WA business?

To qualify as a WA vendor, you must demonstrate a physical presence in Western Australia. Plenti accepts the following evidence:

  • Your primary business address in WA, as registered with the Australian Business Register (ABR) or displayed on your company website or marketing material.

  • Public records or property‑listing checks that verify your WA address (e.g., utility bills, lease agreements or property ownership records).

  • A store front or showroom within WA (if applicable).

Plenti does not accept P.O. boxes, virtual offices or temporary work arrangements as proof of location. If your business operates from home or uses shared offices, be prepared to provide additional documentation such as a lease agreement or utility bill showing the address.
