Who can invest?

The Plenti app provides you with a simple and convenient way to manage your green investments anywhere, anytime.

Understand the investment

The Notes Market is more complex than our other markets and involves a higher level of investment risk. Unlike our other markets, the Notes Market provides indirect exposure to a pool of underlying loans through a structured investment in Plenti’s Asset-backed securities (ABS) notes.

Read the Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement (SPDS)

It’s important you read and understand the SPDS before deciding to invest in the Notes Market. The SPDS explains how the market works, and outlines the key benefits and key risks of investing in the Notes Market.

Check your eligibility

To ensure the Notes Market is right for you, it’s important you read and consider the Target Market Determination (TMD). Once you’ve read the TMD, you can complete our target market questionnaire to check your eligibility.

FAQs

Your Notes Market questions, answered

How is it different from Flex, Plus, Green

The Notes Market differs from Plenti’s core markets in terms of the economic exposure your investment is subject to. In Plenti’s core markets, your investment orders are matched directly with a borrower or series of borrowers.

The repayments these borrowers make directly influence the returns you earn. However in the Notes Market, your investment orders are matched to a loan to a special purpose vehicle which in turn purchases specific ABS notes to which you gain an economic exposure.

The performance of the underlying portfolio of loans in the ABS structure influences the returns you earn.

Importantly, the Notes Market is still eligible for Provision Fund protection.

Can anyone invest in the Notes Market?

Access to the Notes Market is available to members of the Plenti Lending Platform who are determined to be eligible. Members are considered eligible if they fall within the defined target market of the Notes Market. You can refer to the Target Market Determination to learn more. Plenti determines if members are eligible by reviewing your responses to our target market questionnaire.
