Plenti has been appointed by the Western Australian Government to administer the WA Residential Battery Scheme. As Scheme Administrator, Plenti is responsible for:

• Accrediting and onboarding battery vendors and installers, including verifying credentials and insurance.

• Assessing customer and property eligibility for the rebate and no‑interest loan, and ensuring the battery system meets technical requirements.

• Facilitating payment of rebates and settlement of no‑interest loans directly to accredited vendors on the customer’s behalf.

• Undertaking responsible‑lending assessments for the loan component and providing loan servicing and customer support.
