Tom has over 19 years of experience in financial services, with a strong focus on the broker channel since 2018. He’s worked across both UK and Australian markets, bringing deep industry knowledge and a genuine passion for helping brokers succeed.
Before joining Plenti, Tom led dealer finance partnerships at a UK-based lender. One of his career highlights was securing a multi-year agreement with a major dealer group, successfully replacing a manufacturer-backed lender and setting a new benchmark for the business.
At Plenti, Tom is focused on making it easier for brokers to deliver great outcomes for their clients. He’s passionate about building smart, broker-first solutions and believes in the power of listening to feedback to drive real innovation.
