Nicki Olds
Head of Consumer Finance
Nicki joined Plenti in October 2016 during its early growth phase and has since held several senior leadership roles across sales and distribution, now leading the company’s consumer broker channel.
She brings more than 20 years’ experience in financial services spanning broking, corporate banking and fintech start-ups in Australia and the UK. Throughout her career, Nicki has worked across residential mortgages, asset finance and small business lending, building deep experience in broker distribution, sales leadership and growing high-performing teams.
Since joining Plenti, she has played a key role in expanding the company’s broker channel and strengthening partnerships across the industry.
Outside of work, Nicki enjoys travelling, staying active and spending time with family and friends.
