Marlenn has spent the past five years in financial services, with three in sales after starting in Broker Support at Plenti, where she quickly became a standout and broker favourite. She brings a strong focus on relationships and a real passion for helping brokers succeed.
What excites Marlenn most about her role at Plenti is the opportunity to partner closely with brokers, workshop deals, find smart solutions, and deliver fast, flexible finance options that make a real difference. She’s hands-on, responsive, and always ready to help.
Outside of work, Marlenn is passionate about helping the young Armenian community in Sydney. She’s also diving into the world of AFL and on the hunt for a team to support. Bribes and passionate pitches are all welcome.
